Every woman in my life was taught to adjust. I got tired of watching capable women shrink to keep the peace. So I coach the ones who are done.
A word on the obvious
Yes, I'm a man. That's not something to get past — it's the point. I know how men think, including the one you married, and I'll tell you what he won't.

I listen first, fully. You can say all of it.
Then I ask the questions no one around you will ask.
I won't tell you what you want to hear. I'll show you what's actually happening — and you'll decide what to do about it.
What I bring
I've spent my career leading people. I lead 200+ of them across three companies — reading them, earning their trust, and helping them move when they'd rather stay stuck. I bring that to your marriage, your money, and your life.
I'm also a licensed financial advisor, so when we talk about your money, I can advise you on it directly.
What I'm not
I'm not a therapist, a doctor, or a lawyer. I'm a coach and a financial advisor. If you need one of the others, I'll tell you.
